Riveted Aluminum Storage Trunk, 1940s

1940s aluminum footlocker/air force military storage trunk. Heavy duty construction with riveting on all sides. Has fantastic patina. 

Condition notes: as found condition, with both leather end straps torn. Frame is slightly bent, causing the lid to not close 100%. 

13.5"tall x 31"wide x 17.25"deep 

For local pickup (Columbus Ohio), choose "in store pick up" at check out, and I will be in touch regarding pickup time. We are generally available for pick up between 10-7pm daily.
